OxGEn Synthetic primer sequences are modified to improve their stability, sensitivity, and characteristics, making them highly adaptable to different diagnostic applications. Furthermore, the utilization of AI algorithms is resulting in sequences, that cab be better tailored for specific diagnostic applications.

Oligo-Coated Magnetic Nanoparticles for Selective Purification of Polynucleotides

OxMag offers a synthetic oligonucleotide-coated silica/iron nanoparticle-based method for the selective isolation of nucleic acids. The use of synthetic nanoparticles with a magnetic core and an outer layer of oligonucleotides presents several advantages in the purification of DNA and RNA. The oligonucleotides on the surface of the particles can be designed to selectively bind to target molecules, making these particles applicable in a range of diagnostic applications.

The production facility of 300 square meters is located in Natakhtari, Georgia, where BSL2 laboratories are equipped with all the necessary instruments to undertake cutting-edge research and Analytical and clinical tests.

OxGEn’s production facilities are situated in the Natakhtari region, located approximately 20 kilometers from Tbilisi, Georgia. The company operates state-of-the-art facilities covering an area of 300 square meters and comprising both Production and BSL2 Laboratories.
