This Privacy Policy provides information about how Ox-Gen LLC, and any relevant subsidiary or affiliate entities (individually and collectively, “Ox-Gen LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and transfers information relating to individuals (“Personal Information”), and information about your rights and choices regarding our processing of your Personal Information. Please review this document carefully, as our processing of your Personal Information is subject to this Privacy Policy. If you provide us with any Personal Information relating to other individuals, you represent that you have the authority to do so and have obtained any consent where required, and you acknowledge that such Personal Information may be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information relating to employees, job applicants, and contractors, who will be provided a separate Privacy Statement from Ox-Gen LLC where required by law.
Information We Collect
Information provided by you
You provide us your Personal Information when you accessing our website that we operate or control that include a direct link to this Privacy Policy (individually, a Site, and collectively, the “Sites”). You also provide Personal Information when you request customer support for an Ox-Gen LLC or vendor event, webinar, contest, or promotion.
The categories of Personal Information we collect from you include your contact information (such as name, company name, address, telephone number, email address), and where relevant to fulfill a transaction or request, additional information such as billing or payment information, shipping addresses, end-user information. Additionally, in order to tailor our communications to you, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your scientific areas of interest, experience with our products, contact preferences, and other information relating to your interactions with us or our products and services.
Information from Cookies, Website Use & Navigation Data

Ox-Gen LLC also contracts with third-party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other information from pixel tags or web beacons on our Sites, in our emails, and on third-party websites. This information is used to measure advertising effectiveness and provide advertisements about our products or services tailored to your interests.

To contract with you

When you attend a conference, trade show, or event (either sponsored by us or one where we are a participating vendor) and register or have your badge scanned, your Personal Information will be shared with us, as well as with any partner or third party participating in that event. If you do not want your Personal Information shared with us, any partner or third party in this manner, do not have your badge scanned. If your badge is scanned by a partner or third party at an event, your information will be governed by that party’s privacy policy.
International Data Transfer
Any Personal Information you provide to us, and that we share with agents, vendors, and service providers, may be stored and processed, transferred between, and accessed from Georgia and other countries, which may not guarantee the same level of protection of Personal Information as the country in which you reside. However, we will handle Personal Information collected through a Site in accordance with the Site’s linked privacy policy and in compliance with applicable law. Where Personal Information is collected on the Sites and a link to our subsidiary or affiliate entity’s privacy policy is provided at the point at which the Personal Information is collected, the relevant subsidiary or affiliate entity’s collection, use, and storage of that Personal Information will be subject to the terms of that linked privacy policy.
Other Websites
Our Sites may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our Sites, you should note that we do not have any control over other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection of any information provided while visiting such websites, and such websites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise caution and carefully review the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
