Product Information

The OxMag® NGS Solution utilizes solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI) paramagnetic bead technology for high-throughput purification of PCR amplicons. The OxMag® NGS Solution utilizes an optimized buffer to bind DNA selectively fragments 100 bp and larger to paramagnetic beads. Excess primers, nucleotides, salts, and enzymes can be removed by simply washing. The result is a more purified PCR product. Using a tailored OxMag® NGS Solution, DNA fragments of 100 base pairs and above are captured explicitly by the beads, allowing excess primers, nucleotides, salts, and enzymes to be removed through a straightforward washing process. This process yields PCR products of increased purity. The OxMag® Beads for PCR purification, DNA, and NGS cleanup offer an alternative solution to AMPure XP bead Technology.
