Product Information
OxMag RNA Purification Kit is a magnetic bead technology for the purification of high-quality RNA from different biological samples, including buffy coats, whole blood, and cell suspensions. To provide flexibility and ease of implementation, the kit is fully compatible with automated liquid handling workstations such as Tecan Fluent, Freedom EVO, KingFisher Flex, and others. The kit reduces the RNA extraction process, significantly reducing hands-on time and contamination risk. The isolated RNA is suitable for downstream applications like RT-qPCR, RT-PCR, and next-generation sequencing, and can handle research and high-throughput testing environments.
