Product Information
The OxMag DNA Purification Kit uses magnetic bead-based technology for the fast and reproducible recovery of genomic DNA from a variety of liquid and solid biological materials. The kit is general purpose and can process sample types such as blood, buffy coat, saliva, swabs, urine, semen, tissue, and cell culture material. It is optimized for high-throughput use and can be used with leading automated liquid handling platforms, including Tecan Fluent, King Fisher Flex, and others. The streamlined protocol minimizes hands-on time and maximizes DNA yield and quality. Purified DNA is amenable to a broad range of downstream applications, including PCR, qPCR, and sequencing platforms.
